ASCoR
ASCoR, together with Peter Vasterman of the Department of Media Studies, University of Amsterdam, bring their experience of designing and employing methodologies for media content analysis and their in-depth understanding of the ways in which the media operate - particularly in the treatment of science issues and the reporting of risk. Both SIRC and ASCoR share a common aim to encourage more accurate and balanced reporting of science issues and the communication of scientific advice in the media.
